Until a few weeks ago the search was 360 °: I have seen all the houses for sale in our area (at least twenty) and I got to the point of bidding for the only home that there was convincing enough for quality , area and price. The offer does not come off because the owner does not find it enough (it has raised the demand for 30 thousand euros during the negotiation) and this has enabled us to decide definitively what was the road be taken to build a new home!
I then pursued a land in an area that we had actually scoured several times. An urbanized area near agricultural areas, in a slightly elevated position and well ventilated.
