While we analyze the various companies and construction methods to be able to choose who will build our house, we are thinking of the parallel project intended as the main ideas for the layout of the rooms.
Found that still build a house that will also include a first floor we are considering:
1) to the three bedrooms (1 double and 2 singles) in conjunction with 2 bathrooms above, so you still have a sleeping area and well-defined located on the first floor
2) make a sleeping area on the ground floor dedicated to us adults, with bedroom, bathroom and dressing room, while upstairs to put two single rooms with bath for children. With this second
case, until the children are small and they sleep together, we can put them next to our room in the room who later became my studio. When it will grow and will need more independence, we will be able to transfer them to the floor and give them each a room (since I use instead as a provisional study).
The idea came to us looking at the house project Art'รจ of ELK, which we then visited the Munsterhaus near Salzburg.
