The land is ours!

on 19/01/2010 was day of the notarial deed for the land purchase.
An important date for my family then, a turning point and at the same time, the official starting point for a new adventure.

The land is correctly positioned according to the cardinal points, with access on the north side.

The area is already urbanized, consists of a small public park and other residential land, two of them with two houses built, while the rest are still green.

The road is blind and ends at a small public car park (which will be used only by the residents) that borders on the east side of our land, then the total absence of traffic.

The silence that surrounds our land gives us hope and light, steady breeze that comes from the hills to the north is expected to be a "natural advantage" in summer.

a quiet street in the vicinity interpoderale (but paved) and a cycle track for a while through a rural area very pretty.

The route to go is still long, but it's nice to dream about the half how to live it.
