Winchester Coca Cola 94
To remove the doubt about the cost of insurance for the house I did a quick poll with Allianz asking if there are differences between the insurance premium on a traditionally built house (concrete structure, exposed brick walls, etc.) and a house made of wood.
The answer was as follows:
- if the house is constructed with laminated wood structure the insurance cost is the same compared to a house built of brick, because the reed is considered a combustible material from their experts.
- if the house is built with beams or solid wood walls the cost of insurance rises up to 7-8 times!
I have not considered further ... was what I wanted to know!
