Last weekend I was invited to dinner and I brought the sweet since it was an experiment, I did a few days before ... a simple cake and cool (even if it continues to rain here!) Based of sponge cake, cream, fresh peaches and pears in syrup over 3 layers.
This is the first version, with above all to pieces:
And this final one, with a small flower with the petals of peaches and pears alternate:
I recommend it highly, not only because is simple and fast to make, but also because in my opinion is very light and suitable to an end of the meal, especially if the summer!
